Easy Summer Salad Recipe
• Whole grain penne pasta salad (cooked)
• Diced cucumbers
• Chopped onion
• Divided cherry tomatoes
• Feta cheese
• Italian dressing (I use light Italian Olive Garden)
No measurements needed, just toss it all together!
Easy Blueberry Crisp
FILLING
Coat blueberries with flour & sugar then place into a baking dish
- 4 cups of fresh blueberries (or frozen blueberries)
- 2 tablespoons flour (or 1 tablespoon of cornstarch)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
CRISP
Use mixer to combine ingredients below, then evenly sprinkle over berries
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 cold butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake @ 375 in an 8x8 dish for 45-55mins
Easy Berry Croissant Bake
Sliced into small pieces and spread evenly in baking dish
- 4 large croissants
Place all berries on top of croissants
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Use mixer to combine ingredients below, then pour over baking mixture
- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Bake @ 350 degrees in a 9x9 dish for 35-40 mins
One Pan Oven Baked Mac N Cheese
Family recipes are the best!
- Dump 1/2 of the elbow macaroni into square pan
- Pour 1/2 a stick of melted butter over noodles and mix
- Sprinkle 4 handfuls of cheddar or colby jack cheese over noodles and mix
- Pour milk into pan until noodles are submerged
- Add pepper for taste (optional)
Bake @ 375 for 15-20mins
